Return policy

Our return policy lasts for 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Since our products do not have preservation chemicals, they must be returned without having been exposed to high temperatures.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase payment.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons beyond our control.

* Any item that is returned more than 20 days after the notice of receipt through the parcel service.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)

If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged through our responsibility. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to equipo@boticafloral.com and send the item to the address that will be assigned to you in the mail.

We will only replace the product if you have received it with defects from the courier within 2 days of receipt. You must send a photo to the aforementioned email, showing the conditions in which you received the package. Exchanges will only be made in case it arrives broken or leaky. But the packaging must be closed.

Shipment

To return your product, you must send us an email to equipo@boticafloral.com and they will assign you the address where you must send it.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
